What is the NMETC 2025 EMS Summit?

The EMS Summit is an EMS conference designed to elevate your pre-hospital care game. This high-energy event is packed with cutting-edge discussions, top industry experts, and opportunities to connect with fellow EMTs, Paramedics, and EMS educators.

This Conference will include:

  • Multiple Keynote Speakers
  • Opportunities for CAPCE CE Credits
  • Opportunities to interact with Vendor and Sponsors
  • Networking Opportunities with other EMS professionals and agencies
  • Give Aways
  • Includes lunch, snacks, and beverages
  • For our Staff and Alumni, a reunion social event

Where and When is the NMETC EMS Summit?

The inaugural NMETC EMS Summit will be on March 25th and 26th, 2025, at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough.

Gillette Stadium serves as the home to both the New England Patriots (NFL) and the New England Revolution of Major League Soccer (MLS). It is also set to host several matches during the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Gillette Stadium is located in Foxborough, Massachusetts, 29 miles southwest of downtown Boston and 25 miles northeast of downtown Providence, Rhode Island.

While at the Conference, take some time to experience Patriots Place! Patriot Place is an open-air shopping center owned by The Kraft Group built around Gillette Stadium.

Who should attend NMETC's EMS Summit?

The EMS conference content will be catered to current EMTs, AEMTs, and Paramedics, but everyone is welcome.

You do not have to be involved in EMS to benefit from the speaker sessions or event activities.

Please feel free to also register a family member or friend to join you at the conference.

What is the cost to attend the EMS Summit?

Please see the ticket prices below. NMETC’s current students and alumni receive a discount, as reflected below.

If you are a current NMETC staff member, please contact emssummit@nmetc.com if you wish to attend.

Please note that processing fees are added to the ticket price, which will be calculated on the registration page.

Please note you can purchase a one-day ticket or a two-day ticket.

A limited early bird special will be available until November 11th, 2024. Check the registration page for details.

  • One-Day  Registration: $200 NMETC Alumni & Students / $250 General Admission
  • Two-Day Registration: $350 NMETC Alumni & Students / $400 General Admission

Refunds:

Full Refund:

Will be issued to any individual who requests to cancel their conference registration on or before December 29th, 2024.

50% Refund:

Will be issued for any individual who requests to cancel their conference registration after December 29th, 2024, until February 17th. 2025

No Refunds:

Will be issued for any individual who requests to cancel their conference registration on or after February 18th. 2025.

What is the Alumni Social?

NMETC is celebrating its 15th anniversary as an EMS Training Center in 2025.

We want to take this opportunity to celebrate with alumni, faculty, and conference speakers.

This event will allow graduates from both our EMT and Paramedic programs to reconnect with former classmates and NMETC staff.

This reunion event is free for alumni who purchase a one-day ticket for day two of the conference or a two-day ticket.

Access to this event will be distributed at conference check-in to eligible attendees.

The alumni social will be hosted at Gillette Stadium on Wednesday, March 26th, after the conclusion of summit activities.

Flying:

If you are flying in for the summit, you have two airports to choose from:

Driving:

From Boston:

From I-93 South (S.E. Expressway) take Exit 1 to merge onto I-95 South (Providence). Take Exit 19 (old Exit 9) onto Route 1 South. Follow Route 1 South, approximately 3 miles to Gillette Stadium, which will be on the left.

From Cape Cod:

From I- 495 North, take Exit 36A (old exit 14A) onto Route 1 North. Follow Route 1 North, approximately 4 miles to Gillette Stadium, which will be on the right.

From Maine, New Hampshire:

Take I-128 South to I-95 South. Take Exit 19 (old Exit 9) onto Route 1 South. Follow Route 1 South, approximately 3 miles to Gillette Stadium, which will be on the left.

From Northern Connecticut, Vermont, Upstate New York:

Take I-90 East (Massachusetts Turnpike) to I-495 South. Take Exit 36A (old exit 14A) onto Route 1 North. Follow Route 1 North, approximately 4 miles to Gillette Stadium, which will be on the right.

From Southern Connecticut, Rhode Island:

Take I-95 North to I-495 North. Take Exit 36A (old exit 14A) onto Route 1 North. Follow Route 1 North, approximately 4 miles to Gillette Stadium, which will be on the right.

Hotel Accommodations:

NMETC has booking links with two hotels in the area but there are many hotels nearby. Gillette has two hotels on property. We have listed multiple hotels below to help you view different options.
